The Kids Are Multiplying Fast 5-21-11

The number of kids in my house seemed to grow exponentially over night. We started off with 2 and grew to 6 out of the blue. It was really cute to watch the kids play together and interact. Katie loved Naomi so much she kept asking to see pictures of her on David's cellphone. And JP had so much fun he asked Katie if she wanted to go over to his house.

JP grabbed Katie's hand as we were walking back to our house.

Here is David taking care of not 1, not 2, but 5 whole kids all by himself. I see he is ready for more kids. He taught the kids to play red light, green light while the rest of the adults finished dinner and talked.

One Small Step for Justin, One Giant Leap for My Freedom 5-18-11

For the past months I have been Justin's human walker and finally he seems to be ready to walk on his own. It's weird but he only wants me to be his walker. He doesn't want or bother David to walk him around the house and he definitely doesn't like Katie doing it. It's only a few steps but I think he'll be walking soon.

Katie's 1st Time Riding Her Bike 5-17-11

We've been trying to teach Katie to ride this bike for ages and she could never do it even though the bike said it was good for kids 2 years and up. One day she just took off and never looked back. And that was the end of that.

Hangin' with my Peep's

Justin seems to like stuffed animals way more than Katie. Here he is playing with them.

The high speed rail to Taipei. It was so cute. Justin saw David reading a magazine so he started to "read" his magazine too.

These baby bassinets are awesome! This is the first time we ever got to use it and sadly we won't be able to request one next time. Justin slept like 6 or 7 hours in the bassinet which was amazing.

Taipei Zoo & Maokong Gondola 4-20-11

Our last day in Taipei we went to the zoo.

The sign in the restroom says "Zoo Poo Poo" and "Poop Art." It didn't make sense to me until David pointed out what was next to the restroom.

There is a big yellow poop for your kids to take pictures in.

Inside the zoo was the gondola to Maokong. That was very convenient.

Shin Kong Mitsukoshi 4-19-11

While shopping at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi we found this great play area for kids. There is this huge balloon area and Katie absolutely loves balloons.

Justin on the other hand was perfectly content on sitting and watching the balloons. The fact that he can't walk on his own yet might have something to do with the choice of sitting.

Justin has a unique way of going down slides. Katie started copying him after seeing him do it.
