Tammy's Wedding 11-11-12

We enjoyed a nice evening out without the kids at Tammy's and Tony's wedding. The ceremony was held at the Crossline Community Church Chapel.

The reception was at French 75 Bistro. Their party favors were absolutely adorable when you know the story behind it. They are little t-rex wind up toys that Tony happened across one day and they are actually named "Tammy the t-rex" and "Tony the t-rex." Tammy the t-rex loves to shop and Tony the t-rex loves to eat and they are married! These descriptions fit Tammy and Tony perfectly. And now they are married too.

The wedding cake topper is so cute. Tammy even made a veil and bouquet for the bride.

We had a great time at the wedding and the bride and groom couldn't be happier.

Happy Halloween 10-31-12

This is the first year Katie's preschool invited the parents to the Halloween parade. It was cute seeing all the kids in their costumes.

Here is Justin all by himself playing with the school toys.

After the parade there was a performance in the classroom. The kids sang a couple of Halloween songs.

After the parade I met my sister Loan at Disneyland. Let the fun begin!

As if we weren't tired enough from Disneyland we then met my sister May at her house for dinner and trick or treating. This was the first year the kids actually had a blast going around trick or treating. Justin had so much fun that when we were ready to call it quits he tells me "but we didn't go to that house yet."

This one neighbor had made life sized R2-D2 and R5-D4! It was crazy! R2-D2 even turns and plays a song. He did this during his spare time. He's not even a mechanical engineer! My sisters and I were very impressed.
